Cloud Security Solution ‘QueryPie’ Expands into Japan, Appoints Keizo Arinobu as Japan Business Head

QueryPie, a cloud security solutions provider led by CEO Inseo Hwang, has launched "QueryPie Japan" to expand its business in Japan. As part of this initiative, the company has appointed Keizo Arinobu (有延 敬三) as its Japan Representative.

With over 35 years of experience in Japan’s IT industry, Arinobu is a seasoned expert in the data and middleware sector, having led sales and marketing efforts at major global software companies. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience, he will spearhead QueryPie’s business strategy in Japan and drive growth in the region.

Recently, Arinobu played a key role in establishing a partnership between QueryPie and Ashisuto Company, a leading Japanese software services firm. Having successfully implemented various global database and data management solutions for Japanese enterprises, he now focuses on the rapid growth of Japan’s cloud security market.

Before joining QueryPie, Arinobu held leadership roles at renowned global software firms such as ThoughtSpot, MongoDB, Talend, SAP, and BEA, where he led the expansion of their business in Japan.

QueryPie, known for its Cloud Data Protection Platform (CDPP), has secured over 70 tech companies as clients within just two years of its launch. This year, the company aims to strengthen its market position in both Korea and Japan. To accelerate its entry into Japan’s next-generation cloud security market, QueryPie is expanding its solutions beyond Data Access Control (DAC) and System Access Control (SAC) by introducing Kubernetes Access Control (KAC) and Automated Intelligent Data Discovery (AIDD).

To support its expansion, QueryPie Japan has established its office at the K-Startup Center (KSC Tokyo) in Minato City, Tokyo. The company has also formed strategic partnerships with prominent Japanese Managed Service Providers (MSPs), including Ashisuto and AIR Company, to drive business growth in the region.

Keizo Arinobu, Representative of QueryPie Japan, stated, “QueryPie possesses strong expertise and innovation unique to startups, along with proven cybersecurity technology that is gaining global recognition. By collaborating with leading MSPs in Japan’s cybersecurity sector, we will ensure a stable market entry and long-term success.”
