• Date: May 7 (Wed) – May 10 (Sat), 2025 (3 nights, 4 days)
• Location: Tokyo, Japan

• Attend Tokyo’s largest global startup conference: SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025
• Visit Startup Japan Expo 2025 – Japan’s largest startup expo hosted by public company SanSan (also behind 'Eight', Japan's LinkedIn)
• Network with Japanese VCs, accelerators, and open innovation teams from large & mid-sized corporations
• Visit Japanese startup support organizations and growing private companies
• Participate in evening networking events with ecosystem stakeholders

📅 Itinerary (Tentative)

DAY 1 – May 7 (Wed) | Arrival & Orientation

• 07:45: Flight from Gimpo → Narita (TBD)
• 11:00: Arrival, baggage collection, and transfer to T1
• 12:00: Lunch at Narita Airport (udon, soba, ramen, etc.)
• 13:30: Transfer to Shibuya by chartered bus
• 15:00: Visit Creww Japan HQ (Shibuya)
• 16:30: Visit Shibuya Startup Support Center
• 18:30: Dinner at izakaya in Shibuya
• 20:30: Check-in at hotel (APA Hotel Sugamo, Komagome, or Otsuka)

DAY 2 – May 8 (Thu) | Corporate Visits & Business Meetings

• 09:30: Depart hotel → Corporate Visit ① (e.g. KDDI, CREWW-related)
• 12:00: Lunch provided
• 13:30: Corporate Visit ② (Tokyo Innovation Base / TIB)

• 15:00: M&A / IPO-focused seminar at Mirai Consulting
• 17:00: Walk to x-bridge kyobashi, Ginza
• 18:00: Networking Dinner hosted by Megazone Cloud
• 20:30: Return to hotel (via subway)

DAY 3 – May 9 (Fri) | SusHi Tech & Startup Japan Expo

• 09:30: Depart by chartered bus → Tokyo Big Sight
• 10:00: Attend SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025

• A: Free roam
• B: Global/Japanese startup booths
• C: Investor-focused track
• D: Large corporations/government initiatives
• 12:00: Lunch (on-site or self-arranged)
• 14:00: Attend Startup Japan Expo 2025

• 18:00: Networking Dinner with ecosystem leaders (e.g. Creww JAPAN, KDDI, VCs)
• 21:00: Optional night tour of Tokyo

DAY 4 – May 10 (Sat) | Departure

• 08:30: Breakfast and hotel checkout
• 09:30: Transfer to Shin-Okubo (K-culture tour)
• 10:00: Shin-Okubo cultural exploration and free time
• 12:00: Lunch in Shin-Okubo

• 13:30–15:30: Free time for shopping
• 16:00: Meet-up → transfer to airport
• 20:00~: Return flight

• Schedule subject to change depending on local circumstances or corporate availability
• Chartered bus service included for major transfers; some public transportation (e.g. subway) may require individual payment
• All admission tickets, seminars, business meetings, and networking dinners are included in the participation fee
• Includes 3 nights hotel (single occupancy, breakfast included), 4 lunches, 2 dinners, and interpretation (Korean–Japanese group interpretation only)

• Max capacity: 30 participants
• Fee (based on group size):
  • ≤10 applicants: Program will be canceled

🔎 Important Notes:

• Some local travel via subway may be at your own expense
• Meals or activities during free time are not included

• Base fee: KRW 2,800,000 (VAT excluded)
  • ※ For participants who wish to arrange their own flights and accommodation (e.g., those departing from outside the Seoul area), program-only participation is available upon request. Please contact us in advance.
